Belief

"Beliefs" are part of the Belief-Desire-Intention (BDI) model Wikipedia. Beliefs in Scene Based Reasoning are represented as Description Logic facts ("assertions"). Beliefs are an important aspect to describe the behavior of Agents in the Social Reasoning subsystem.

By modeling the SBR subject like an external Agent, "beliefs" can also be applied to the subject itself, allowing for self-reference.
